Terms & Shipping
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency (AUD). All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.
We ship all orders Mondays , Wednesdays and Fridays, before 9 AM. Any orders placed after Monday 9AM will be shipped on the Wednesday and so forth. *
*Excluding preorder items that will ship on day of arrival to warehouse.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple packages and shipments if you’ve ordered multiple items.
*Shipping on sales below $150 will incur a shipping charge.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
For all metro deliveries, please allow 1-3 working days for arrival.
For all rural deliveries, please allow 3-5 working days for arrival.
Please note: Some parcels require a signature upon delivery.
International orders are sent with DHL and take approximately 3-5 business days

ORDERING & AVAILABILITY
For pre-orders, the date of delivery is an approximate and we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. If the approximate delivery date is subject to change you will be notified via email.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Salty Shadows does offer refunds on damaged or faulty goods however we do not issue refunds due to ‘change of mind’. We are happy to issue an exchange for unused goods within 14 business days from the date of delivery, provided we receive the items back in their original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Salty Shadows.
Returns are approved at the discretion of Salty Shadows. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

For Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will request photos of the damage to be attached in your email. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Please ship the damaged/faulty item back in its original packaging with all tags in place. We will assess the item upon return of the product. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
A return address will be emailed on request.
